What should I do if my package is marked 'Delivered' but I haven't received it?Updated a month ago


If your package's tracking status is 'Delivered' yet it's nowhere to be found, we recommend waiting three business days from the first delivery attempt. This allows time for potential redelivery or recovery of the package. Should the package remain undelivered after this period, we will proceed with sending a one-time replacement order to an address of your choice or to the existing address on file.
