If you did not purchase free returns and a P.L.A.Y. toy was damaged during play within the first week, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the damaged item.
Our toys are designed with additional durability features, such as double-layered fabric and inverse stitching, so we take these concerns seriously and share feedback with our design team for continuous improvement. For customers who purchased directly from us or an authorized retailer, we offer a one-time replacement or a refund for the damaged toy (refunds are only available for products ordered directly from petplay.com), provided we receive appropriate proof of damage.
