How do tiers work?Updated 4 months ago
You will be placed into a tier that reflects your total amount spent in the last year on the P.L.A.Y. website. If you joined June16, 2024, that means from June 16th of the last year through June 15th the current year, your tier placement will be based on the amount spent that year. Each tier has its own benefits that increase the more you spend. Members can be moved up or down each year based on the amount spent. See below for tier constraints and benefits:
