We are sorry to hear if any of our toys did not meet your expectations in terms of durability. If a P.L.A.Y. toy has been damaged during play within the first week, please reach out to us with details of the purchase and photos of the damaged item. As these toys are designed with additional durability features like double-layered fabric and inversed stitching, we take such incidents seriously and pass the feedback to our design team to improve our products. We offer customers who have purchased directly from us or authorized retailers the option of a one-time replacement or a refund for the damaged toy (refunds are available only for products ordered directly from petplay.com), provided we receive appropriate proof of damage.
